| Tony Hawk 3 Set
For Launch October 26, 2001 |
| While the press release isn't due until
Oct. 29, we got word from an inside source that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3
will be released alongside the GameCube this November 18. This game is the third in the
popular Tony Hawk series, and was developed by Neversoft. Activision will be publishing
and releasing it at the MSRP of $49.99. It is also being released on Sony's PlayStation 2. This is great news for GameCube fans! Another killer app for the
launch. The only bad news is that it will not have online play, unlike the PS2
counterpart. Otherwise, it's basically a straight port. |

With Luigi's Mansion? October 26, 2001 |
| Nintendo hasn't mentioned this yet, but
those with sharp eyes may have noticed something about the Luigi's Mansion box art. 
Under the Everyone rating, it reads as follows:
"Includes demo rated E by the ESRB." While many were hoping for more, it turns
out that it is just a non-playable video of Pikmin, which runs for about two minutes. |
